This Policy applies to purchases of Navid subscriptions, API credits and other paid online services, including Bayan when commercially available. It forms part of the Master Terms of Service. A signed enterprise order may set different commercial arrangements, subject to applicable rights that cannot be waived. Enterprise status alone does not exclude statutory protection.
2. What you see before paying
Before you confirm a purchase, checkout or your order will state:
- The service, included features, usage allowance and any important limitations.
- The total payable, currency, applicable taxes and other compulsory charges.
- Whether payment is one-off or recurring, the billing period, service start, term and any minimum commitment.
- The renewal date or how it is determined, renewal price or calculation method, and how to cancel.
- Any trial conversion, usage charges, overages, credit expiry, rollover conditions or automatic top-up settings.
The payment button will make the payment obligation clear. You can review your order before confirming it. We will provide a savable confirmation and itemized invoice or receipt showing the relevant charges and service details. Required tax invoices will be issued where applicable.
Do not assume that a preview or demo includes a paid subscription. If a price or billing term is unclear, contact info@navid.sa before ordering.
3. Subscriptions, trials and renewals
A subscription renews automatically only where this is clearly disclosed and you authorize recurring payment. It renews for the period and at the price shown in the accepted offer, subject to notified changes under this Policy. If automatic renewal is not part of the accepted offer, the subscription ends at the end of its term unless renewed.
Before a free or discounted trial converts to paid access, we will disclose the conversion date, price and cancellation process and obtain the required payment authorization. Creating a free account alone does not authorize a paid subscription.
We will communicate material renewal or price changes in advance. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a subscription price increase. The increase applies no earlier than the next renewal after that notice period. You may cancel renewal before the new price takes effect. An existing prepaid term will not be repriced retrospectively.
4. How to cancel
You can stop future renewal through your account’s billing controls, where available, or by emailing info@navid.sa from your registered email address. Include the account or order reference and say that you want to cancel renewal. An email request received before the stated renewal time will be treated as on time, even if we process it later. We will confirm the cancellation and the date paid access ends.
Unless you exercise an applicable right to end the contract sooner, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and access continues until then. Ordinary cancellation does not automatically refund time already used or a partly used period. Statutory and other refund rights below still apply.
Stopping use, uninstalling an app or removing a payment method does not reliably cancel a subscription. If billing controls are unavailable, use the email route. We do not charge a cancellation administration fee for standard self-service subscriptions. A lawful early-termination charge under a fixed-term enterprise order must be expressly disclosed and agreed.
To delete an account as well as cancel renewal, say so in your request. Account deletion must not leave future renewal active. Keep any records you need before requesting deletion.
5. API credits and metered services
Credits are prepaid access to specified Navid services. The offer must explain the usable balance, eligible services, usage units, rate or rate schedule, and any expiry or rollover rules before purchase. Usage may be measured by tokens, requests, characters, audio duration or another stated unit. We will not retroactively change the price of recorded usage.
Paid credits do not expire unless an expiry was clearly disclosed and lawfully agreed at purchase. A later policy change will not shorten the life of credits already bought. Promotional credits may have different conditions disclosed when issued.
Credits cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash except where a refund is due under this Policy or law. This restriction does not eliminate cancellation or refund rights. Automatic top-ups and billable overages require clear prior authorization; they are not implied by buying an initial credit balance.
If you believe an API error or failed request was incorrectly charged, send its reference and time without sending secret API keys. We will check usage records, correct billing errors and restore credits or refund amounts as appropriate. Disliking an otherwise delivered AI response is not, by itself, a billing error, but does not remove rights for a defective or misdescribed service.
6. Saudi statutory cancellation and remedies
Where Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law applies, you may cancel a service contract within seven days of its conclusion if you have not used or benefited from the service, subject to the law’s exceptions. Contact us promptly to exercise this right. We do not automatically treat every SaaS subscription or credit purchase as an exempt software download, or treat account creation alone as conclusive proof of use.
Specific statutory exceptions may apply to particular products or transactions. Any relevant exception must be assessed against the actual service and explained before purchase. Starting service may affect the unused-service cancellation right; it does not remove remedies for defects, non-conformity or other breaches.
If delivery or performance is delayed by more than 15 days from the contract date or agreed performance date, Article 14 may entitle you to cancel and recover sums paid and costs arising from the delay, subject to its conditions, an agreed extension and force majeure. We will notify you of anticipated material delay. This rule does not extend a shorter delivery promise or excuse failure to provide access when promised.
Nothing in this Policy excludes a mandatory refund, correction, compensation or other remedy available under Saudi law. We will not deduct a standard cancellation fee from an eligible self-service statutory refund.
7. Other refunds and service problems
Contact us if there is an unauthorized or duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, paid access that was not delivered, or a service that materially fails to match what was agreed. We will investigate and provide the correction, restoration, refund or other remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law. A contractual service credit will not replace a statutory cash refund without your lawful agreement.
If Navid discontinues a paid service before the end of an agreed term and cannot deliver the remaining service or an alternative you accept, we will refund the unused prepaid portion and any paid credits that can no longer be redeemed, unless a more favorable legal remedy applies. Before closure, we will identify the remaining paid balance and arrange continued redemption, reinstatement or a refund as appropriate to the reason for closure and applicable rights. A lawful security or legal restriction may affect access, but account closure alone will not automatically confiscate a paid balance.
Outside applicable legal rights, billing corrections, our express commitments or a separately agreed refund offer, payments for services already delivered and used are not normally refundable. This rule does not excuse defective or non-conforming performance.
8. Refund requests and processing
Email info@navid.sa with your account email, invoice or transaction reference, purchase date and a brief description of the issue. Do not send a full card number, security code or password. We may request proportionate information to locate the payment and verify the request.
We aim to acknowledge a billing complaint within two business days and provide a decision or meaningful progress update within ten business days. We will explain any further information needed and the reason for our decision. For these service targets, business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding official public holidays in Saudi Arabia. These targets do not extend a legal deadline.
For an approved refund, we will instruct the payment provider within ten business days, or sooner where law requires. Refunds normally use the original payment method and currency; where that is not possible, we will agree a lawful alternative. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. We will provide a refund reference or status on request and will not deduct our payment-processing fee from a refund due under this Policy.
Report an order-entry error immediately, ideally within 24 hours, so we can assess the applicable correction right before the service is used. This request for prompt notice does not impose a 24-hour limit on separate statutory refund or dispute rights.
9. Payment issues and disputes
If payment fails, we may ask you to update your payment method and may suspend paid access after notice, without affecting rights already accrued. We will not silently convert a plan into a different paid commitment. Any further collection or retry must stay within the payment authorization and applicable rules.
You may raise a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider and complain to the competent authorities. Contacting Navid first can help resolve the issue but is not a condition for exercising those rights. We will investigate disputes and avoid duplicate reimbursement of the same charge.
10. Enterprise orders and updates
Enterprise orders may specify invoicing schedules, purchase orders, committed usage, acceptance criteria, support credits, renewal and termination provisions. Any such provisions must be agreed and remain subject to mandatory law. There is no automatic exclusion of enterprises from applicable cancellation protections.
We will publish the effective date of updates and notify customers of material changes. New rules will not retrospectively remove refund rights or alter an existing prepaid commitment. Contact info@navid.sa with billing questions or complaints.
